Cloud Flows​

Clear Float Data

Deletes Time Entries & Tasks from a Float project Optional: Delete the Project from Float

Inputs​

  • ProjectID (Number)
  • Delete Project (Yes No)
HiBob - Insert Time Off Requests to HALO
  • Deletes any holidays from HALO if they have been cancelled or modified in HiBob
  • Inserts extracted time off request into HALO
HiBob - Retrieve Time Off Requests
  • Get all time off requests that have changed since the last retrieval
  • Stores time off requests in the HiBob - Time Off Requests table
Three Hourly - Send HiBob Time Off Requests to HALO

Schedule: Every 3 hours starting from 0900

  • Runs flow - HiBob - Retrieve Time Off Requests
  • Runs flow - HiBob - Insert Time Off Requests to HALO
  • When a failure occurs, a new HALO ticket is logged.
